The PWA 10 pallet washing system is a pallet cleaning system specifically designed for plastic pallets. It cleans and dries up to 100 plastic pallets per hour fully automatically. Ten pallets are cleaned, thermally rinsed, and then dried simultaneously. The cleaned pallets are then immediately available for their next use.

Compact Design
With a width of just 2.12 m and a depth of 3.14 m, the PWA 10 requires relatively little floor space. This allows the system to be integrated into existing production and logistics environments without the need for extensive renovations or additional warehouse space. Due to its design, the machine can be installed even in confined spaces, such as in a corner of a facility. - Reduces water and wastewater costs
Water Recirculation System
The PWA 10 uses a multi-stage water recirculation system. The used wash water is filtered and recirculated back into the cleaning process. This reduces both fresh water consumption and the volume of wastewater produced. This lowers operating costs while conserving resources. - Pallets will be available again sooner
Frequency-Controlled Spin-Drying
Technology After the washing process, any remaining water is removed from surfaces, recesses, and depressions using frequency-controlled spin-drying technology. This ensures a high degree of dryness, allowing the pallets to be immediately reintegrated into storage, production, or logistics processes. - Hygienic Cleaning
Rinse temperatures above 85 °C
The thermal rinse is performed at temperatures above 85 °C. This reliably ensures compliance with hygiene requirements while also improving the drying of the items being washed. This is a key component of reproducible cleaning processes, particularly in hygiene-sensitive areas such as food production, the pharmaceutical industry, or logistics involving food contact. - Thorough cleaning over the entire height of the pallet
16 Full-Jet Rotating Nozzles
The PWA 10 is equipped with 16 high-performance full-jet rotating nozzles arranged along the entire height of the system. This ensures that all relevant areas of the pallet are cleaned evenly. Even hard-to-reach areas can be reliably cleaned, resulting in consistent cleaning results. - Less energy loss during the washing process
Enclosed Washing Cabin & Insulated Double-Wall Construction
The enclosed, thermally insulated washing cabin allows for washing temperatures of up to 90 °C without significant energy loss due to escaping steam. The insulated double-wall construction further reduces energy consumption and helps keep operating costs low over the long term.
